To ensure your essentials reach you efficiently, we offer tailored shipping across North America.

Standard Shipping: Smaller items (such as our lip balms) are shipped via standard post to keep delivery accessible. Please note that tracking is not available for these smaller parcels.

Tracked Shipping: Tracking is included for all larger parcels.

Timelines: Orders within Canada typically arrive in 3–14 business days, while orders to the United States may take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Due to the personal nature of our apothecary and wellness collections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our clients.

However, your experience is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is not as expected, please reach out to us within 14 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly provide a complimentary replacement to ensure you are entirely pleased with your Lincoln Skye experience.

To ensure the integrity of our handcrafted products, please follow these care guidelines:

• Apothecary: Our lip balms are made without synthetic preservatives. For maximum freshness, store unopened balms in the refrigerator or a cool, dark place.
• Mists & Sprays: Our Body Mists (blended with Coconut Oil) and Room Sprays should be stored away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain the delicate fragrance and oil integrity.
• Candles: Our candles are housed in aluminum. To ensure an even burn and prevent tunneling, allow the wax to melt to the edges on your first light. Always replace the lid after the wax has cooled to preserve the scent.
• Car Diffusers: Ensure the wooden top is secure. When hanging, tie the strings shorter and securely to avoid contact with the windshield during travel.
